Our speciality exotic fresh fruit salad (pineapple, mango, papaya, kiwi, red grapefruit, orange, passion fruit and blueberries)

Croissants (plain or choc au pain) Cinnamon and raison bagels

White or brown seeded batch loaf toast

Selection of preserves, honey or maple syrup

Waberthwaite Cumberland sausage, sweet cure bacon, mushrooms, vine tomato, and a choice of fried, scrambled or poached organic eggs

Home made oatmeal Porridge

French toast made with butter brioche
accompanied by smoked bacon and maple syrup

Kedgeree with smoked haddock & creamy risotto

Creamy scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on toasted wholemeal muffins

Herb cheese fritter with caramelised onion, soft poached egg and grilled mushrooms (vegetarian)

Creamed chestnut mushrooms with ham on a toasted wholemeal muffin (suitable for vegetarians – ask for this without the ham)

Omelettes (cheese, ham, mushrooms, tomato) Specify your choice of filling(s) when ordering

Packed Lunches

Available for guests staying in Moresby Hall but must be ordered by 6 pm the night before.

Includes sandwich (various fillings) with soft drink, cake or biscuit, crisps and fresh fruit salad. Cost £8 per person.
